Addhyan Pandey

Addhyan Pandey is Vice President, AI & Software Engineering of Zoro.com. He leads the AI org, comprising AI Products, Applied ML, Enterprise AI, Product Engineering, Product Analytics and Data Platform, Governance & Engineering, and owns the end-to-end architecture of the Zoro.com storefront. Since joining in 2024, he has scaled the data and AI function into a product-led platform and authored the company’s AI Blueprint, driving its AI-first transformation and broad GenAI adoption.

Addhyan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIIT Hyderabad, where he received the Dean’s Research Award.

Previously, he spent six years at Cars Commerce, most recently as Senior Director, ML & CDP, where he led applied machine learning (platform, engineering and sciences), the data platform teams. He helped lead the $128M acquisition of Accu-Trade. Earlier, he was a Staff Data Scientist at Groupon. An active inventor, Addhyan holds eight granted patents in artificial intelligence with 150+ of citations.
