Ana Anastasia Litovchenko is a transformation leader with over nine years of experience across tech and SaaS environments. As a certified transformation coach and practice consultant, she has led Agile transformations, scaling operations through frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban, and OKRs, including the transformation of delivery systems across more than 35 R&D teams.
As Head of AI Strategy & Enablement at Xsolla, she drives operational excellence and business growth within the Partner Network business line. Over the past three years, she has been deeply involved in applied AI, helping organizations integrate AI into business operations. She focuses on enabling AI-native teams and integrating emerging intelligent solutions into core operations at scale.
She also serves as a volunteer trainer with the global #IamRemarkable initiative and is a strong advocate for curiosity, continuous adaptation, and challenging conventional approaches.
