Aradhna is a cybersecurity, cloud, and AI engineering executive with a distinguished track record of helping enterprises modernize securely in highly regulated, high-stakes environments. She has built and scaled global security programs across financial services, healthcare, pharma, telecom, and aerospace/defense, while translating complex cyber, regulatory, and AI risk into board-level decisions on resilience, governance, and growth. She is especially sought after for her expertise in AI security, data protection and cybersecurity product strategy.

Aradhna currently serves as Managing Director, Cloud Security Services at TIAA, a U.S.-based financial services organization, where she leads multiple digital transformation programs and engineering across enterprise. She has led the enterprise Cloud security platforms, devsecops and data protection strategies, thus built a successful foundation for AI enabled organization. Her prior leadership roles span some of the world's most prominent organizations, including JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, The Boeing Company, Microsoft and T-Mobile.

A recognized thought leader in the industry, Aradhna is a Cloud Security Alliance Research Fellow and has served as a board advisor to the CSA Seattle Chapter. She actively contributes to CSA and NIST cloud computing workgroups, influencing security best practices and standards for cloud, containers, serverless and micro-services architectures. She serves on multiple advisory boards for data protection and AI startups, providing expert guidance on security product roadmaps with a particular focus on Identity & Access Management, Data Security and Privacy. Aradhna holds a Master's in Cybersecurity, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and holds both CISSP and CCSP certifications from ISC2. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, and volunteering for women's causes.
