Bo Peng is the VP of AI/ML and Data at Kooth Digital Health, based in Chicago, Illinois. With over 15 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning—including more than a decade in leadership and over eight years managing managers—she specializes in driving product growth and organizational transformation by building and deploying AI/ML models.

Throughout her career, Bo has defined strategic AI initiatives that deliver competitive advantages, launched capabilities from scratch, and guided C-suite and board decision-making through data-driven insights. Previously serving as Senior Portfolio Director of Data Science at IDEO, she bridges technical data execution with human-centered product and business strategy.
