As the Chief Information Officer for Littleton Public Schools, he is dedicated to building responsive, forward-thinking environments where teaching and learning can thrive. His leadership is centered on empowering teams, forging strong partnerships, and leveraging technology to promote continuous growth and student achievement. Desmond’s career spans significant contributions to municipalities, higher education, and K-12 institutions. From leading cloud infrastructure transitions at the University of Colorado and advancing service delivery program management at the City and County of Denver to spearheading the development of Littleton Public Schools AI Adoption Framework, he has consistently championed change and future driven outcomes. Desmond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of Northern Colorado and a MBA from the University of Colorado. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
