As Country Director for Malaysia and Brunei at Agoda, he leads market expansion initiatives, delivers sustained double-digit revenue growth, and champions AI-driven operational excellence.
Previously, Fabian managed a ~$180 million GMV portfolio at Lazada and led regional digital strategy initiatives at PETRONAS Lubricants International. Renowned for scaling high-performing teams and executing impactful commercial strategies, he combines deep market expertise with a strong focus on innovation and business transformation. Fabian holds a Master’s degree from the University of Graz and has completed the Digital Transformation program at The Wharton School.
