Gunjan Khera

Gunjan Khera is the Vice President and Global Head of Engineering & AI at Sphera, based in the Greater Chicago Area. With over two decades of technology experience—including over nine years in engineering leadership at Nielsen—he specializes in driving enterprise growth and efficiency through platform, data, and AI transformations across PE-backed SaaS environments.

Gunjan established Sphera’s enterprise AI Center of Excellence, leading initiatives across AI-driven product innovation, functional business adoption, and agentic development workflows. Certified as a Chief Data & AI Officer by Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College, he aligns scalable platform engineering with core business outcomes to build high-performing teams and unlock enterprise value.
