Hiroshi Kurosaki

Hiroshi Kurosaki is an accomplished operational leader specializing in business transformation, process innovation, and digital strategy within the medical devices and manufacturing sectors. He currently serves as Senior Director of Business Project Management, Lean and Digital Transformation at Olympus Corporation, where he previously directed manufacturing process re-engineering.

With over 13 years of leadership at 3M—including roles as Senior Manager of Business Transformation and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt—he possesses deep expertise in driving company-wide process improvements and digital manufacturing initiatives. Hiroshi holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
