Iffah Illani Ismail is the Head of the Group Analytics Centre of Excellence at Telekom Malaysia, with over 19 years of experience in data and analytics transformation. She leads enterprise initiatives in AI strategy, data governance, and data monetization.
She also serves as Board Director and Vice President of DAMA Malaysia and is the founder of the AEVA Community of Practice, with expertise in predictive analytics, customer insights, and enterprise data modernization.
