Jaya Gwalani is a strategic data leader with over 24 years of experience building enterprise ecosystems and modernizing data architectures. She currently leads Enterprise Data and Analytics at iRobot, where she is responsible for advancing the company’s data, analytics, and AI maturity in support of its strategic goals, including establishing AI governance and scalable data platforms.
She brings experience across consumer robotics, healthcare, financial services, and education, with leadership roles at Bright Horizons, Best Doctors Teladoc, and Zions Bancorporation.
Jaya is known for her human-centered leadership style that drives adoption and impact. She holds a Master’s in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
