Jumpei Okamoto

After graduating from university, he joined a small and medium-sized businesses specializing in factory automation and gained experience in a wide range of engineering. 

He then moved to a major electronics manufacturer with strengths in automotive equipment, where he worked as an engineer while overseeing new business and project development as a manager and product manager (PdM).

In December 2020, he joined KINTO Corporation as a project manager.

Subsequently, he was transferred to KINTO Technologies Corporation, where he handled a wide range of projects including group operations, system development for new services, and adding products to existing services.

As the Senior Executive Manager of the Data & AI Solutions Division and the Technology Division at Persol Career Co., Ltd., he currently leads the company's digital transformation.

He also leads company-wide digital transformation initiatives, including generative AI platforms, data fabric, data governance, and microservice implementation centered on AI and data utilization.
