Masayuki Kubo

Masayuki Kubo is Head of Advanced Technology Research and Vice President of AI Strategy at Pole To Win Holdings, Inc. He currently leads AI-focused R&D and enterprise-wide AI adoption. His expertise spans agentic AI, AI-driven software development, software quality, AI governance, and data science. He is also developing AI-powered solutions that transform technical information across the software development lifecycle into structured, traceable, and reusable knowledge graphs.

Before joining Pole To Win in September 2023, he worked in business planning and marketing at Fujitsu, NTT DATA, Yahoo Japan, and Microsoft. He also has extensive experience in corporate planning, new business development, and launching data analytics businesses at both major corporations and startups. He was appointed Head of Advanced Technology Research in September 2024 and Vice President of AI Strategy in February 2025. He holds a master's degree in international management from Waseda University.
