Michael Chereso is Vice President of Enterprise Analytics at The Inland Real Estate Group of

Companies, where he leads the firm’s enterprise data strategy — spanning analytics, data

governance, and the responsible adoption of AI and machine learning. He brings more than a

decade of experience across capital markets, consulting, and commercial real estate, with prior roles

at CoStar Group, Deloitte, and Realty Capital Securities. He also serves on the Strategic Artificial

Intelligence Advisory Board at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, helping shape executive

education on practical, responsible AI.
