Nalini Polavarapu is the Vice President of Enterprise AI at The Hartford, based in the Greater Chicago Area. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in leading AI strategy development and deploying multi-agent production systems across life sciences, insurance, and financial services.

Holding a PhD in Bioinformatics from Georgia Institute of Technology and multiple patents, Nalini previously served as VP of Enterprise Analytics and Data Science at Bayer and led predictive pipeline initiatives at Monsanto. Recognized among the Top 25 Data Leaders and Global Data Power Women, she serves on executive AI advisory boards, guiding enterprise AI governance, agentic development, and data-driven innovation.
