Patrick serves as the Chief of Artificial Intelligence at Occidental Petroleum where he leads a global cross-functional team on AI projects throughout the enterprise. He previously led the global AI team at Samsung and ran his own software company algorithmica serving the oil and gas industry. He has a PhD in mathematics from University College London, published four books and many articles on applied AI.
