Raju (Raj) Debroy is the Global Head of AI Platform & Engineering at Aon, based in the Greater Chicago Area. With over 25 years of experience, he leads enterprise AI transformation, bridging board-level strategy with large-scale technology execution to drive business growth across core operations.

Prior to joining Aon, Raju served as a Principal Enterprise Architect and Technologies Specialist at Google Cloud, where he led data cloud modernizations and advanced AI initiatives for top property and casualty insurers. His core expertise spans machine learning, agentic AI development, and enterprise data architecture. Raju focuses on embedding trusted, domain-aware AI solutions directly into operational workflows to deliver measurable business impact.
