Mr. Scott is a veteran technology executive with over three decades of leadership experience bridging digital transformation, global supply chains, and advanced cybersecurity. As SVP of DSS at NORC at the University of Chicago, he drives the organization's overarching digital vision, operational growth, and systems compliance.

His distinguished enterprise leadership history includes serving as an Executive Partner at Forrester Research, CIO/CSO for Delek US Holdings, and General Manager of Global Supply Chain Engineering at Microsoft. A certified CISSP®, Mr. Scott holds credentials from multiple Universities while his current studies and research are heavily focused on Organizational Psychology. He specializes in change management, as well as technology strategy and business alignment.
