Sashank Musti is the Senior Director of Enterprise AI & Technology at Alcon, a global leader in eye care. With over 15+ years of executive experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and med-tech, he has driven large-scale Digital Health and AI transformations at Alcon, Merck and Mayo Clinic, leading product innovation across US, Japan, Asia Pacific, and Europe markets. At Mayo Clinic, he advanced the commercialization of Data and AI products spanning radiology, cardiology, and pulmonology. His work integrates data science, machine learning, technology, and UX, with publications across multiple industries. Sashank holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, an MS from UT Austin, and a BTech from IIT Bombay.
