With over 19 years of experience, he specializes in building end-to-end trading systems, consumer product applications, and advanced data processing frameworks for global trading firms and Tier-1 investment banks.

Shuen's core expertise lies in real-time, ultra-low-latency data processing across asset classes such as Equities, Rates, FX, and Derivatives. Certified in Apache Spark and Hadoop, he drives enterprise AI and Big Data strategy, focusing on Kafka, NoSQL, and GPU-accelerated analytics. Beyond engineering delivery, Shuen actively speaks at major technology events—such as CDAO Chicago and AI in Finance Summit—on modern DevEx, RAG applications, and integrating AI assistants securely into the SDLC.
