Ts. Muhammad Izzat Abdul Aziz is the Chief Innovation & Digital Officer of JLand Group (JLG),
The real estate and infrastructure arm of Johor Corporation (JCorp). He leads the Group’s
innovation, digital transformation, and technology strategy, with a focus on accelerating
data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, cybersecurity, and future-ready digital
Capabilities across JLG’s business ecosystem.
With over a decade of experience in technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and
strategic innovation, Izzat has held leadership roles across major organisations, including
Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), KPMG, and CIMB. Before joining JLG, he served as Chief
Technology Officer at PNB, where he drove enterprise technology initiatives and digital
modernisation efforts. He also previously held leadership positions in technology,
cybersecurity, and digital risk at KPMG and CIMB Group, building extensive experience
across enterprise technology, cyber resilience, and emerging technologies.
At JLG, he plays a key role in embedding innovation and digitalisation into the Group’s long-
term growth strategy, including the adoption of AI-enabled solutions, digital platforms, and
advanced analytics capabilities. He has also been actively involved in strategic partnerships
that strengthen JLG’s position in the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) and
support the Group’s ambition to become a technology-enabled real estate and
infrastructure leader
