Victor Cheong is Chief Customer and Digital Officer at Sun Life Malaysia, where he connects client experience, OKRs, applied AI, and agile delivery to build systems that scale care and speed decisions across regulated environments. He drives Sun Life’s AI, Client, and BCM portfolios and is active across the ecosystem as a judge, hackathon participant, changemaker, and speaker — most recently at AWS events. For Victor, AI is a tool to drive change and deliver best-in-class experiences, not technology for its own sake. He serves on DRI Malaysia’s Business Continuity Management Committee, and his recent work includes delivering the largest CSAT uplift of any Sun Life market globally in 2023
