Manufacturing
Manufacturing is one of the four core sectors in every CIO Vision room. Around 11% of the leaders in the room come from manufacturing organisations. 8 manufacturing organisations have sent leaders so far, from global players to regional challengers. In closed-door sessions they compare how AI programmes are funded, what has reached production, what was stopped, and what they tell their boards. The same questions surface in every city: build versus buy, agentic AI in production, governance at scale, and the return on AI investment. 4 sessions across the series have been led by manufacturing leaders or built around their questions. This page gathers the sector's share of the room, its organisations, its sessions and related reading from the series. Every room is invite-only: 50–100 CIOs, CTOs and enterprise AI leaders, one full day, no expo floor and no pitches.
